Chelsey Smail, PA-C

Chelsey graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science in 2013. She worked in the wellness/fitness field for several years prior to returning to school to receive her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017. She worked for a short time in hospital medicine, and then found her niche working in psychiatry over 7.5 years ago. Her treatment approach is rooted in empathic and active listening combined with overall wellness to holistically treat each patient. In her spare time, she enjoys living an active lifestyle on her farm with her husband, children, and many animals. Chelsey also enjoys working with the same community she grew up in.
